Our Annual Residential Service Plans
Commercial properties may enroll in tiered Annual Service Plans scaled to system size and total zone count.
Standard Plan – Save 5%
Includes:
- Spring Start-Up
- Fall Shut Down
Payment must be made before March 1st to receive the discount.
Ideal for small to medium sized lawns and landscapes whose watering needs remain consistent.
Seasonal Plan – Save 10%
Includes:
- Spring Start-Up
- Summer Check-Up (offered between July 1st and August 1st)
- Fall Shut Down
Payment must be made before March 1st to receive the discount.
Designed for medium to larger lawns and landscapes where watering needs shift during peak summer months.
Monthly Plan – Save 15%
Includes:
- Spring Start-Up
- Three Monthly Check-Ups (offered between June 1st and August 31st)
- Fall Shut Down
Payment must be made before March 1st to receive the discount.
Best suited for larger properties and landscapes requiring closer seasonal monitoring.
Residential Start-Ups & Service Structure
Base Rate for all services covers the first hour of labor for a typical crew size of two (2). Each additional technician onsite will be billed at the start of service. In most cases, additional technicians result in fewer hours spent onsite.
Services are structured based on total number of zones within the residential system.
Spring Start-Up – Base Rate Based on Total Number of Zones
The base rate includes the first hour of labor. Additional time is billable at normal Service Rates.
Spring Start-Up services include:
- Slowly turning on main valve to sprinkler system
- Setting up or installing pumps if necessary
- Performing continuity and resistance tests at controller
- Turning on every zone and physically checking every head
- Programming controller for the season
- Performing necessary repairs
Summer Check-Ups – Base Rate Based on Total Number of Zones
The base rate includes the first hour of labor. Additional time is billable at normal Service Rates.
Summer Check-Ups are offered upon request and may be scheduled mid-season or monthly depending on the plan selected.
Services include:
- Turning on every zone and visually checking every head
- Performing general assessments of watering needs
- Making adjustments to heads as needed
- Adjusting controller programming as necessary
- Performing required repairs
- Cleaning pump filters if applicable
Fall Shut Down – Base Rate Based on Total Number of Zones
The base rate includes the first hour of labor. Additional time is billable at normal Service Rates.
Fall services include:
- Turning off main valve to sprinkler system
- Winterizing pumps if necessary
- Using compressed air to clear valves, lines, heads, inlets and outlets
- Turning off controller
- Performing critical repairs required for proper winterization
Service Charge Plus Labor
A base rate is billed at the start of service. Hourly labor rates are billed based on the number of technicians and assistants onsite.
Additional service visits address customer needs and include a complimentary system check.
Remote Monitoring
Remote Monitoring may be added to any Annual Service Plan.

Patio Home Services
(Each Unit HAS Its Own Water Source & Controller)
Patio Home Services apply to communities where each residence operates independently. Pricing is structured per unit and scaled according to total zone count.
Base rate covers the first hour of labor for a typical crew of two (2). Additional technicians are billed at the start of service. Additional visits outside a selected plan are billed under a Service Charge plus labor structure.
Patio Home Community Services
(Each Unit DOES NOT Have Its Own Water Source or Controller)
These services apply to shared irrigation systems. Spring Start-Ups may be built into multiple visits depending on repair volume. You will not incur additional Service Charges for required follow-up visits.
Repairs require estimate approval prior to completion. Services outside structured visits are billed under a Service Charge plus labor format.
