Commercial Start-Ups & Service Structure

Spring Start-Ups are based on total number of zones. The base rate includes the first hour of labor, and additional time is billable at normal Service Rates.

Commercial Spring Start-Ups may be built into two or more services depending on repair volume and may be performed over multiple visits. You will not incur additional Service Charges should follow-up visits be required.

Summer Check-Ups – Base Rate Based on Total Number of Zones

The base rate includes the first hour of labor. Additional time is billable at normal Service Rates.

Summer services are offered upon request and may be scheduled mid-season or monthly depending on the Annual Service Plan selected. Each visit includes:

  • Turning on every zone and visually checking every head
  • Performing general assessments of watering needs
  • Making adjustments to heads as needed
  • Adjusting controller programming as necessary
  • Performing required repairs
  • Cleaning pump filters if applicable

Fall Shut Down – Base Rate Based on Total Number of Zones

The base rate includes the first hour of labor. Additional time is billable at normal Service Rates.

Accounts are eligible for Property Level Pricing after their second Fall Shut Down.

Fall services include:

  • Turning off main valves
  • Winterizing pumps if necessary
  • Using compressed air to clear valves, lines, heads, inlets and outlets
  • Turning off controller
  • Performing critical repairs required to properly winterize the system

Service Trip Charge Plus Labor

For services outside scheduled plan visits, a base rate is billed at the start of service. Hourly labor rates are based on the number of technicians and assistants onsite.

Additional service visits include addressing customer needs and performing a complimentary system check.

Repair Approval Process

An estimate will be provided for approval before any repairs are completed. Additional labor and materials are outlined prior to approval, and repairs may be flagged for identification.

Follow-up work may be scheduled depending on repair volume.

Remote Monitoring

Remote Monitoring may be added to any Commercial Annual Service Plan for properties requiring additional seasonal oversight.

When bundled with a plan, accounts receive a 25% discount on the Remote Monitoring sales price. Monitoring is billed monthly between Spring Start-Up and Fall Shut Down and is billed on the same day each month.

Remote Monitoring requires a Smart System Upgrade and may be selected as a stand-alone service or add-on to an Annual Service Plan.
